I am so excited to start this new year teaching yoga classes in person, sharing more of my spiritual tools and practices with you all and continue building a beautiful community where you may feel safe, loved, and supported.
If you would like to co-create a sacred space for you to reconnect with your Divine Self, I'd love to invite you to join me @starlightintuitive. I will be here every Monday and Wednesday @ 10:15 am guiding you through yoga practices.
Each week I intuitively tap into current energies around us as a collective and will guide you through a yoga flow created to assist your physical, mental, and spiritual journey. Through chakra balancing poses and Archangel/ Spirit Guide invitation you will have the opportunity to invite in the support you need.
