The act of Self Love has completely changed my experience, both internally & externally.
Loving myself has improved not only my relationship with myself, but also with how I am able to respond to every aspect of my life.
By simply being more intentional about the relationship I have with myself, I’m able to feel the ripple effects in every area of my life~ from my relationship with my mans, my family, w/ clients & business, money, and most importantly my relationship with my body & emotions.
Self Love has supported me from feeling burnt tf out, to lit tf up
