We want children to be healthy and happy, by teaching them about meditation, they can learn to develop wonderful skills to help nurture their development.
In this 45 minutes guided meditation, children will use their imagination to practice focus and awareness around nurturing overall emotional well-being through mindfulness exercises.
Graciela is a behavior therapist, Crystal Healer and Reiki Master, she has been working with school age children and students with learning disabilities for more than 8 years.
