You will be guided into releasing any realities that no longer serve you, any belief systems holding back, any bockages that are keeping you from the reality you want to live.

Surrender to your Higher Self & be your highest alighment.

• a comfy blanket
• your favorite crystal
• a journal (to take notes of your experience)

Make sure you are in a quiet place that you will not be disturbed for your meditation.  Feel free to use headphones to enhance the experience.
