Movement Medicine is an hour of disconnecting from your mind & reconnecting with the rhythms of your body. We will combine guided meditation & movement in order to let go of the hustle of the mind and drop fully into the wisdom of your body. Each class we will be holding space to release stagnant energy within the body & intuitively tap into movements that will support the embodiment of our soul's energy.
Please wear comfy clothes to move in, and bring an open mind, an open heart, water, any crystals or healing tools you desire to bring along, and your beautiful energy.
