MindShakers Kids Yoga

MindShakers Kids Yoga is a gentle yoga sequence focusing on setting intentions with MindShakers™️ “I am” positive affirmations dice as we mindfully bring awareness to our breath and how we move our bodies.  The gentle kids yoga sequence is meant to incorporate body movement with positive communication to encourage and support healthy mindset. 

What you’ll need:

.A yoga mat, blanket or towel. 

.Water 

.MindShaker™️ Dice (if you already have them)
