Join us for a relaxing yoga flow to start your day. This class is a restorative beginner friendly flow to ground ourselves into the present. During the holiday season, we can feel a little scattered and stressed out. A great way to release is by surrendering and moving the body. Connect to breath and movement for a grounding flow. Moving out the stagnant energy in 45 mins to begin the day. *Bring your own mat also*
