This self blessing will affect and correct our magnetic field and it will allow us to shift our energy from Fear to Love. With this meditation we will be guided to increase the levels of Self-Love to bless ourselves & at the same time bless the world. We will use the energy of our hearts to bring about healing into our body, mind & soul - Then we project that LOVE back to Mother Earth.
