As fun and beautiful as the holidays can be we sometimes lose ourselves in overwhelm and other people’s energy. We forget to ground and protect our energy. The Energy Management workshop  will give you three practical tools that will help you move through the day with grace and ease, ALCHEMIZE your energy, filter out what is not yours, and not take on the energy of others. Potential scenarios will be discussed as well as how to apply the techniques offered. You will be able to use these tools any time of day, throughout the day. I will also share my favorite crystal and essential oil recommendations for this work. You will leave feeling grounded, clear, and empowered!
