We forget to ground and protect our energy leaving us feeling tired and drained. The Energy

Management workshop will give you three practical tools that will help you with the following:

 Not take on the energy of others.

 Reclaim your power.

 ALCHEMIZE your energy; filter out what is not yours.

 Move through the day with grace and ease.

Potential scenarios will be discussed as well as how to apply the techniques offered. You will be

able to use these tools any time of day, throughout the day.

I will also share my favorite crystal and essential oil recommendations for this work. You will

leave feeling grounded, clear, and empowered!
