Â This is a beautiful meditation for spending more time with your essense & getting to know yourself on a deeper level.Â
Bring with you a stone you feel deeply connected to, or any love stone that you have (rose quartz, rhodonite, pink opal, mangono calcite, ruby, garnet etc). Â Also bring a journal if you'd like take notes at the end.Â
