We will spend an hour intentionally disconnecting from what is going down in your external world, as we create the space to connect deeper to your internal experience. We will focus on deep breathing, soothing our nervous system, and releasing any lingering anxiety & stress. You will leave the hour meditation feeling completely reset & renewed!
